At our location in Chemnitz we are looking for a talent consultant / recruiting (m / f / d)
Start at Staff-eye, an international company headquartered in Chemnitz.
Tasks
- Proactive identification of suitable talents (via social media channels, recommendations, etc.)
- Pre-selection and advice for the talents through telephone and personal interviews
- Supervision of the talent during the entire recruiting process up to the hiring as well as during the first 6 months
- Participation in national and international recruiting events such as Fairs and workshops
- Strategic cooperation of development processes in the applicant market and analysis of the personnel list of direct competitors
Qualification
- Completed studies or commercial training with professional experience
- Initial experience in recruiting is an advantage
- Proactive, goal-oriented way of working and talent for persuasion
- High self-motivation and perseverance
- You speak German, English or Russian, any language is welcome
