We advise companies, organisations and individuals who are internationally active or who are seeking to develop intercultural competence in the course of globalisation. A special focus of our work is on the CIS states and Asia.
The economic development in the Asian countries and CIS states has been attracting the attention of German companies for years. Saturated markets as well as intensifying competition sometimes contribute to the fact that companies such as the mechanical engineering and energy efficiency sectors are looking for new sales markets in Asia, CIS states and the USA.
In practice, however, there are other factors that make smooth and successful cross-border cooperation difficult. These include cultural and language barriers, a lack of transparency in the business landscape and legal peculiarities.
The encounter and cooperation of people from diverse backgrounds is both an opportunity and a challenge. Intercultural training makes a decisive contribution to managing intercultural contacts and situations more successfully.
