What an extraordinary three days lie behind us at staff-eye GmbH! It was one of the most impressive events in which we were not only active as sponsors, but also part of the support team. Three days full of challenges from 12/09 to 15/09/2024 – from stormy rainy weather to strong crosswinds of up to 50 km/h at this year’s European Peace Ride. Despite these difficult conditions, we all arrived safely and in high spirits in Chemnitz, the European Capital of Culture 2025.
The kick-off was characterised by exciting discussions during the train journey to Bad Ischl, which took place as part of a business dialogue at the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences.
Then the actual tour began: the route took us through three countries to Chemnitz. I have great respect for all the participants who successfully mastered this challenging route. Special thanks go to Kai Winkler and his great team, who made sure everything ran smoothly.
We all realised an interesting parallel: whether you are cycling 600 km or running a company – the challenges on the road to success are often very similar, regardless of the external circumstances. We are very grateful for this realisation as a team.
We will definitely be back next year!
